We offer partial refunds for all our services if cancelled within 24 hours for both swimming lessons and for life-guarding. However, booking fees are non-refundable. The $10 booking fee is strictly non-refundable under any circumstance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the lesson are non-refundable and non-transferable. This applies to all reasons, including illness or unexpected changes in schedule.

Lessons continue in light rain as long as it's safe, light rain (drizzle or rain without thunder) is not a valid reason for cancelling a lesson. If a lesson is cancelled due to light rain, no refund will be issued under any circumstances. In the event of lightning or thunder, lessons will be rescheduled, not cancelled. We’ll make every effort to communicate weather concerns in advance.

For optimal results, we recommend maintaining pool temperatures between 78-85°F (approximately 25-30°C). If a client's pool temperature drops below 65°F (19°C), our instructors reserve the right to cancel the lesson and offer an opportunity to reschedule. Travel expenses will NOT be refunded under any circumstances in this circumstance and will be charged to the client.

Our mobile swimming lessons begin at the scheduled booking time. For example, if you book a lesson from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM, your instructor will arrive on time (traffic permitting) and wait by your pool for you and/or your kids to come out. The lesson will end promptly at 1:00 PM, as our instructors have other lessons scheduled throughout the day. Please be mindful of your lesson time, as missed lessons or late arrivals will not result in extended lesson duration.

Please ensure the pool is clean, safe, and has a minimum temperature of 75°F. Clear the surrounding area of any hazards or obstructions, and ensure there is a safe, dry area for the instructor to place their belongings. Children should be ready in swimwear at least 5 minutes before the lesson begins.

We teach swimmers of all ages, starting at 12 months old and up. Lesson structure and teaching approach are customized based on age and skill level, from beginners to advanced swimmers.

All instructors are certified in their National Lifeguard, CPR, and First Aid, and are experienced in teaching all age groups.

We provide all necessary teaching equipment (e.g., boards, toys). However, we recommend you keep your own towels, goggles, swim diapers (for young children), and water bottles nearby. For infants and toddlers, swim diapers are mandatory.

Travel fees are based on distance and time and are added as an amount per kilo-meter travelled. You will be able to see the additional travel fee once the booking form has been submitted and an invoice can be sent out. These fees ensure instructors are compensated for travel time and fuel.
